New to CrossFit in 2018, I found the community I didn’t even know I needed at MOA. Having the encouragement of the Ohana during every workout was a major game changer.
At MOA there’s a whole team behind you, cheering you on to accomplish things you never thought you could, which is so different than any other gym experience I’ve ever had. Since earning my CF-L1, I’ve jumped right into interning with the coaching development program at MOA.
After losing my father to weight-related medical complications in 2017, I worked hard to achieve my own personal transformation and weight loss. I credit my growth to functional fitness and attention to nutrition. I’m a firm believer in the functional fitness methodology which links our fitness directly to our health and well-being.
When not in the gym, I work full time in the medical field and volunteer with the high school students at my church. I’m passionate about making the most of the time you have to better yourself.
