Bio

I found MOA at a time in my life when I needed change and was looking to maximize my personal fitness. To me, CrossFit has the best workout methodology to achieve the highest form of fitness without specializing into a sport. The movements trained in these workouts can be directly applied to everyday life.

MOA Fitness is so much more than a functional fitness gym. It’s a family of members and coaches here to encourage and challenge you to be better in all aspects of your life.

When you step into MOA, you experience the satisfaction of working hard alongside others striving for the same goal: to become better people. Over time, you’ll see how rewarding hard work, commitment, and perseverance are for both your physical and mental health.

As a coach I want to show people how to achieve goals they thought were impossible, and to help them discover new super powers. I like building clients into confident, strong, and mentally tough individuals who are prepared to take on anything that life throws at them!
