I found CrossFit while searching for a new competitive outlet after college soccer. I clearly remember my first workout – “Karen” – which is 150 Wall Ball shots for time with a 20lb ball to a 10ft target. After digging deep and experiencing the mental toughness it took to get through that workout, I knew I was hooked.

Ohana (family) is everything to me, and that’s exactly what we preach here at MOA Fitness. I decided to get my Functional Fitness Level 1 (CFL1) because I’ve always been inspired to push others to get outside of their comfort zones and make positive changes.
