I became a part of the MOA Ohana in 2016. What started as an outlet to compete after high school and college athletics has transcended into a pillar of friendships and person growth that goes beyond the gym.
In my past life I was an officer in the Marine Corps. We were taught that the most important things are the people standing next to you, and that remains true at MOA Fitness. We are nothing without our people and it’s our mission to help everyone feel welcomed. As coaches and interns, we want all of our members to smash their goals, whether that’s picking up a heavy barbell or walking up a flight of stairs.
In my spare time I enjoy long walks on the beach, spending time with my family, and training for life.
PS. Remember: “It is not the critic who counts…”
