Here's what happens when a new athlete joins MOA:
Day 1: Drop in for free!

Join us for a free workout guaranteed to make you sweat! Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with the movements — all of our workouts can be scaled for beginners.
DAY1Day 2: Get With a Coach

Meet with one of our professionally trained coaches to talk about your goals and what it takes to smash them.
DAY2Day 3: Work on the Basics

Your coach will lead you through a series of foundational workouts so you can move safely in group classes.
DAY3Day 4: Find Your Routine

After Fundamentals, you’ll feel more confident to join classes that fit your schedule. Most new athletes start with 2-3 classes per week. The important thing is to be consistent, so we’ll be keeping an eye out for you!
