FitLab is a fitness program that incorporates high-intensity cardio, interval training, and strength training to give all athletes an always fun, well-rounded workout.

Each class offers a variety of movements, including running, biking, rowing, dumbbell movements, kettlebell movements, push-ups, sit-ups, and much more, so that each workout uses different muscles for a whole-body focus. All movements can be modified with low-impact alternatives. We will get stronger, leaner, and faster….together.
