"Health and longevity"
I originally joined MOA with the mindset of wanting to stay active as I approach my retirement age. The reasons I stay with MOA are voluminous, but primarily driven by these factors:
All coaches and staff are extremely knowledgeable regarding form and technique. I can’t perform all of the standard movements, but the coaches took the time to understand my limitations and put me in a modification movement that will benefit my fitness while keeping me safe from injury with proper guidance, technique, and motivation.
I was intimidated on how I would perform against some of the other athletes at MOA. Not only are the MOA family great athletes, they provide tons of encouragement and support, and have never showed any type of negative feelings in being superior to my own skillset.
