The good news is, you don't have to be "fit" to start, but you will get fit once you do! Our programs are scalable to all levels, ages, and can even accommodate existing/prior injuries.
I can't find the time
We get it...between work, school, and family life gets busy! It's important to take time for yourself. Think of us as your hour to turn your brain off, gain some endorphins, and boost your mood/energy. It's only 1 hour!
I need instruction
Instruction is what you will get! Our group classes are always led by an experienced trainer who will guide the class through all the movements with special focus on safe technique and proper movement patterns.
The gym is too expensive
...think of it as more of an investment in yourself! The work you put in now will carry you really far in life and help you avoid potentially large medical bills and health issues in the future.
