At MOA we love personal training. Personal training allows our coaches to

*Your COACH FOR LIFE is tasked with managing your goal progress at MOA. They are your go-to person for questions related to movement, nutrition, strength building, goal setting, etc.

Our MOA Fit Lab is our low-impact alternative to getting fit quickly. Fit Lab incorporates strength training, bodyweight movements, gymnastics and functional fitness to help our athletes become healthier, stronger, faster and leaner versions of themselves.


At MOA our first goal is to make sure our athletes have the ability to move safely. Our MOABILITY Program is designed to do just that! Consistent participation in the program will give you enhanced access to your muscles and improve movement patterns complementing our strength and conditioning programs. Together, our mobility and fitness classes address the whole body.


Our MOA Barbell program is designed for those folks that love the art of moving the Barbell. The program increases athlete proficiency and understanding of movement patterns and technique in the Olympic Lifts.
