Strong + Fit
Our Strong + Fit program focuses on strength building, metabolic conditioning, and overall body composition. This will help you achieve a leaner, stronger, and healthier body. You will benefit from a combination of weightlifting and high-intensity interval training to build muscle, burn fat, and improve overall fitness. Additionally, you can connect with others in the community who share similar fitness goals and gain support and motivation to push yourself to new levels of strength and endurance.

HYROX
MOA HYROX is our performance-driven endurance class designed to build serious engine, strength stamina, and mental grit. This class blends running, cardio machines, and powerful functional movements to improve your conditioning, pacing, and work capacity.

Group / 1-1 / Sport
MOA Group / 1-1 / Sport Specific trainings are designed to help you reach individual or group goals. Our 1-on-1 Personal Training provides individualized support for targeted goals, rehabilitation, and long-term progress. Our small group training allows you to work with a group of like minded individuals with the added support of goal oriented programming and heightened coaching. Our Sports Training programs are built for athletes and teams who want to get stronger, faster, and more resilient for their sport.
